Compilation

$ make menuconfig

Device Drivers  ---> Armadeus specific drivers  ---> FPGA Drivers   ---> <M>   OpenCore 16550 serial IP driver

$ make linux

Usage

# modprobe 8250
# modprobe 16550_ocore

Now you should have as much /dev/ttySN as IPs you put in your bitfile.
